Proposal Coordinator
Tipik is an end-to-end communication agency with headquarters in Brussels and offices across Europe. It
provides communication services to public institutions and international organisations, most notably the
European Union institutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated **Proposal Coordinator** to join our growing Tendering team.

**Role**

As Proposal Coordinator, you will support the Proposal Managers in the preparation of proposals that are
developed on time, within budget, and in compliance with the tendering requirements.

**Responsibilities**

In this role, you will be responsible to:

- Assisting the Proposal Manager in all tasks related to development of a proposal, including but not

limited to:
o Researching and gathering information to support proposal development
- Developing a proposal schedule and booking resources.
- Coordinating the production, reproduction, and binding/packaging of latest draft proposal,

final master proposal, and all hard/soft copies
- Consolidating content from contributors into the required format and flag gaps to Proposal

Manager
- Reading and understanding client tender specifications and documentation, deadlines and

submission requirements
- Occasionally contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and
- presentation (layout)- Leading the preparation of the administrative proposals;
- Keeping the proposal repository library up-to-date and ensure all materials are correctly
- documented (CVs, References, );- Other reasonable and normal duties associated with the Proposal Coordinator position.

**Required Profile**

Mandatory requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal preparation;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Near native level written and spoken English, fluency in other languages is an asset.

Other desired qualifications:

- Experience in proposal preparation for the EU Institutions
- Familiarity with proposal management industry standards and/or best practices such as the

Association of Proposal Management Professionals’ (APMP) body of knowledge;
- BA degree or professional experience in marketing and communications or the European Union.

**Skills**:

- Leadership skills including assertiveness;
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks;
- Strong time management / prioritisation skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Highly motivated, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work;
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
