For our headquarters in Brussels (see the map here) we’re looking for a Internal Communications Expert (M/F/x).

**Your**
**responsibilities**:
Together with the Internal Communications Manager and Coordinators:
- you handle operational internal communications in order to maximize information sharing
- you participate in group communications, ensuring group dynamics
- you bring events to a successful conclusion
As a junior, you will play a supporting yet crucial role in the following concrete tasks:
- you assist internal customers with all communications initiatives
- you prepare communications plans
- you prepare all communications deliverables: texts, presentations, events, etc.
- you lead internal and external partners briefings - e.g. branding colleagues, social media professionals, agencies, event agencies, etc.
- you communicate effectively through different channels
- you evaluate self-managed communications initiatives
By taking on this supporting role in the management of large-scale projects, by producing qualitative and error-free content, you start to manage step-by-step your own projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in communication or equivalent
- A high level of ambition and willingness to learn. No previous professional experience is required
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinking and creativity. You bring new ideas and trends in terms of communication
- To manage your own projects and to support the team in the management of larger projects
- Strong team spirit
- Excellent command of Dutch and/or French and good knowledge of English
- You are under 26 years of age on the date of entry into service, in accordance with the regulations for this type of employment contract (Rosetta Plan conditions)
