They provide an online platform that facilitates direct exchanges between local producers and communities of consumers, With over 800 partners established across Europe, their micro-enterprises and associations are pioneering a new era of social and sustainable economics. Their team of dedicated professionals is spread across Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Berlin, and Brussels.
**About the job**: As a Marketing and Communication Coordinator, you will work closely with the Belgian team in Brussels (5 people) and international colleagues. Your mission will involve the following:
**Communications**:
- Develop and execute the branding and editorial content strategy.
- Manage and enhance communication with our network through newsletters and other tools.
- Handle social media management (blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Create and produce communication materials and training tools.
- Synchronize and localize communication actions from our headquarters in France to Wallonia-Brussels.
**Marketing**:
- Contribute to the vision, development, and execution of the marketing strategy for Belgium, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
- Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate centralized marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Google Ads, social media advertising, and analytics.
- Empower our network to execute marketing actions at the Buurderij level, synchronized with national campaigns.
- Synchronize and localize marketing actions from our headquarters in France to Wallonia-Brussels.
- Coordinate and execute the strategy, set objectives, evaluate impact (reach, ROI, KPIs), and provide reports.
- Develop and manage budgets.
You will also be able to guide and mentor an intern, establish and execute the PR strategy, including media relations (TV, radio, press), cultivate local and national press relations, including writing press releases, following up with journalists, and maintaining press overviews, screen, select, and organize the team's participation in relevant external events...
**
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with good knowledge of English.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with strong communication and public relations skills.
- Excellent writing skills, with a flair for creativity.
- Strong interest in local agriculture, social economics, and sustainable consumption.
- Graphic design skills are a plus (Canva, InDesign, Photoshop).
