Om ons departement Cargo & Logistics te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Digital Development Manager Cargo.

Wat je bij ons zal realiseren:

- Opstellen van een digitaal strategisch programma van gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen met de verschillende stakeholders op BRUcargo en deze uitvoeren in samenwerking met Air Cargo Belgium en andere interne en externe stakeholders.
- Uitvoeren van de pre-project en concept fase voor de ontwikkeling van applicaties die gedefiniëerd werden in de digitale roadmap (BRUcloud “beehive”). Opvolgen van het projectmangement van de applicaties.
- Fungeren als ambassadeur van de digitale cargo strategie binnen Brussels Airport Company, de BRUcargo community en de internationale air cargo industrie
- Ondersteunen van de Cargo Network and Product Development Managers en de Cargo Business and Network Development Manager in het behalen van hun doelstellingen

Wat jou onderscheidt:

- Minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring (luchtvaart, (lucht)vracht, logistiek, supply chain, project management)
- Kennis van de activiteiten van de verschillende spelers in de logistieke keten alsook de interactie tussen deze spelers
- Je hebt ervaring met opstellen van roadmap
- Je hebt een sterke kennis van project, programma en product management
- Sterke communicatievaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement skills
- Kennis processmapping en -flows
- Kennis van begrippen zoals data sharing, blockchain, API, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data,
- Je bent klantgericht, hebt ervaring met extern klantencontact op C-level niveau, je kunt overtuigen door je diplomatie en onderhandelingsvaardigheden Je hebt organisatietalent en je bent resultaatgedreven & analytisch Je hebt eerste ervaring met people management
- Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans. Je hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en je spreekt vloeiend Engels
