Ter versterking van onze dienst facturatie binnen Compass Group Belgium, zijn we op zoek naar een **Invoicing Officer** die ons gehele facturatieproces samen met 5 andere collega’s in goede banen zal leiden.
**Functiebeschrijving**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van jouw toegewezen klantenportefeuille.
- Je factureert tijdig en accuraat jouw toegewezen dossiers.
- Je lost allerlei facturatieaanvragen op per telefoon en mail.
- Je maakt, controleert en verbetert facturatiegegevens.
- Je maakt klantencontracten aan.
- Je legt provisies aan per klant.
- Je voert jaarlijkse indexaties van prijslijsten uit.
- Je volgt openstaande posten van klanten op.
- Je boekt de aankoopfacturen.
- Je werkt met de verschillende departementen samen waaronder Operations en Sales.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Billing & Collection Manager.**Profiel**
- Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding en/of hebt relevante ervaring.
- Je bent cijfermatig ingesteld.
- Je bent hands-on en hebt een resultaatsgerichte ingesteldheid.
- Je bent energiek, open en neemt initiatief waar nodig.
- Je bent stressbestendig en houdt een goed overzicht over jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en bezit maturiteit.
- Je hebt kennis van Excel en/of ERP-systemen.
- Je bent communicatief en hebt een zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans en dit zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Daarboven op een goede basiskennis van het Engels is een plus.
