**Project Support Officer Established Products**
To support our Benelux Chapter EP (Established Products), we’re looking for a Project Support Officer to strengthen our team. In this role you report to the Chapter Head EP.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Performs administrative, functional support in the Chapter EP and overall support for specific departmental projects
- Monitors and deals with incoming correspondence and documentation
- Knows where to find relevant information and is able to connect internal colleagues with the right person, being the linking pin between departments
- Support preparation and coordination events : all related logístical matters, invites and hosting of participants, related contract management: CLMS pre and post signing
- Participation in ad hoc project groups
- Collects and analyzes data to prepare reports and documents for meetings
- Gathers feedback and proactive tracking of action lists and open items
- Process & system management: signals issues in work process and comes up with solutions
- Responsible for small IT equipment tool
- Sponsoring and Divisional Giving activities
- Create purchase requests and follow up invoicing
- Contributes proactively to process optimization within the department
- Minor project management tasks

**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural, communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English, Dutch and preferably also in French
- Strong software skills : able to work with multiple complex systems and adapt quickly to new systems
- Flexible and agile way of working
- Sensitivity to confidential matters
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
