**Administrative Support Officer**
The Administrative Support Officer is an administrative supportive function in the field of compliance and internal administrative processes mainly related to Healthcare Professionals (HCP's), Healthcare Organizations (HCO's) and Bayer employees. The core activity of this role within the General Services department is to give support in the payment/compliance processes regarding Healthcare professionals and Bayer employees. Next to that, the role is involved in the unwinding, description, evaluation, adjustment, and training of existing processes. The aim is to maintain high standards and a stable reliable level of compliance within the business, taking into account guidelines and environment.
The position can be based in our office in Diegem, Belgium. Or in our office in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform and monitor the complete Purchase to Pay (P2P) process related to Healthcare Professionals and HealthCare Organizations.
- Perform and monitor activities related to travel expense through the complete P2P process.
- Perform and monitor activities related to invoices through the P2P process such as creating Purchase Requisitions for the Enabling Functions and for the Pharma business.
- Perform and monitor activities related to internal payment demands (IPD’s).
- Perform and monitor the process (Mdeon/CGR code) compliance and policy wise through the P2P process (IPD, PR/PO, Concur and Airplus).
- Support for several Bayer tools used for P2P (Veeva, YourDoces, SmartBuy etc.) and travel expenses (Concur).
- Support the General Services department in a variety of administrative activities (e.g. invoices, Attendee Management, archiving etc.).
**WHO ARE YOU?**
- Knowledge of business administration.
- At least Bachelor level education.
- Preferably practical experience in a financial administrative function.
- Affinity in using CRM systems & Process Management.
- Experience in using SAP tools.
- Experience with financial data.
- Analytical and excel skills.
- Manages Complexity.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Ability to work successfully with people from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds.
- At least available for 0.8 FTE (4 days per week) or more.

- net (as of 60% a desk will also be provided).
