Via deze vacature kom je terecht bij een van de grootste en vooraanstaande bedrijven binnen de automobielsector. Ze vertegenwoordigen maar liefst 22 verschillende automerken, met meer dan 300 vestigingen over BeNeLux, Frankrijk en Duitsland. Ondanks de grootte van de firma, blijven zij een familiebedrijf dat hun kernwaarden niet uit het oog verliest. Ze zetten actief in op Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Ondernemen met een absolute focus op het welzijn van hun medewerkers door goede arbeidsomstandigheden te creëren. **Functiebeschrijving**
Een professioneel en vriendelijk onthaal van onze klanten. Je begroet de klanten op een aangename, enthousiaste en spontane manier Je behandelt de binnenkomende oproepen betreffende onderhoud en herstellingen en je ontvangt de klanten aan de receptie. Hierbij bepaal je de omvang van het vereiste werk. Je luistert naar de klant en stelt de juiste vragen om zo tot een zorgvuldige diagnose over te gaan Je contacteert de klant tijdens het onderhoud of herstelling om hem op de hoogte te houden van de nodige werken Je maakt een planning op waarbij je rekening houdt met de verwachtingen van de klant betreffende nodige tijd voor het uit te voeren werk, alsook met de capaciteit van de werkplaats en de beschikbare onderdelen Je verzorgt nauwkeurig de bijhorende administratie met betrekking tot onderhoud en herstellingen. Verder volg je deze ook op door het opmaken van een factuur Bij de teruggave van de wagen aan de klant, wordt deze factuur door jou op een duidelijke en professionele manier besproken met de klant Je streeft elke dag opnieuw naar een optimale klantentevredenheid en bouw een langetermijnrelatie op met je klant
**Functie-eisen**
Commerciële ingesteldheid, flexibiliteit en klantgerichtheid zijn een absolute must. Je maakt een sterke eerste indruk naar elke klant en schept vertrouwen. Je bent open, service minded en weet van aanpakken. Stressbestendig Je bent een vlotte communicator, zowel naar klanten als naar het interne team toe. Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie en/of kennis van auto-onderdelen is een absolute plus. Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de Automotive-sector.
