To strengthen our global team in Groot Bijgaarden, we are looking for a:
**Product Manager - Sourdough**

As our global Product Manager Sourdough, you will actively participate to the creation and global implementation of the business unit strategy. You will be responsible for **O-tentic, one of the leading innovations within the group**. You will work side by side with your R&D counterparts, the market teams and the technical advisor community. You will be responsible for the **product strategy and portfolio**, with a **strong focus on innovation**.

**What you will do**
- You collect, analyse and build **market intelligence** from a wide range of data sources and
- identify possible impacts on the business.
- You build and implement the **product strategy** aligned with Markets/ Channels/ Operations, in order to determine optimal competitive positioning to reach short and long term business objectives.
- You manage the **product portfolio** (profitability optimization, pricing, SKU management, benchmarking) and all element of the marketing mix (branding, pricing, route to market, promotions,).
- You monitor the **sales performance** of the category in terms of volume, sales, margin evolution, customer penetration,
- You actively **support business development** (markets, channels, customers) by customers visits, customer presentations, training, exchange of best practices.
- You **develop product communication and sales support tools** in line with the Group communication strategy.
- You **build strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders** to share the product vision and create involvement at different organizational levels.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You have a **Business or Marketing degree** with at least **3-5 years of experience**. Experience in an international B2C environment is a plus.
- You have a **passion for food** and you are keen to understand the technical challenges and opportunities. Therefore ready to have a common language with R&D and technical advisors.
- You are **curious, data driven, digital savvy** and inspired by the understanding of local consumer culture’s diversity in food.
- You are determined to **continuously improve everything we do**, daring to challenge boundaries to deliver superior value in products & services, and meaningful innovations.
- You are a dynamic, proactive and creative team player. A positive attitude is a must.
- You are **excellent in English** (written & spoken). Other languages are a plus.
- You are willing to **travel 25% of your time**.
