**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be achieved and attained through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
- Analyze and communicate stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into software requirements.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development or information technology team.
- Designing a system to meet the business objectives and goals.
- Support internal projects development and lead project teams when necessary.
- Organize workflow with development team: ticket creation and monitoring.
- Coordinate the resolution of high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Oversee end-to-end test (deliverable: pre-filled UAT document) and ensure timely validation of projects before go-live date.
- Document relevant information for future reference (Confluence).
- Participates at strategic meetings and proactively propose solution to improve our performance and our quality.

**Job Requirements**:

- Researching and proposing cost effective technical solutions to address business challenges such as improvement of development, processes, and governance standards.
- Develop and maintain understanding of customer workflows and business needs.
- Deliver precise functional specifications to include functional hierarchy, workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping to clients and development staff.
- Be responsible for direct interaction with clients including, but not limited to, eliciting comprehensive business requirements and use cases and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Gather requirements to design, build and document specifications for development.
- Work with the clients to demonstrate the changes to the system to ensure all relevant business needs are addressed.
- Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication.
- Recommend and institute BSA best practice and methodology and tools.
- Providing guidance to client service team on technical capabilities, staffing and infrastructure needs. Proactively identify and address project risks.

**Essential Skills & Experience (Qualifications)**:

- Understanding of business analysis principles, processes and techniques.
- Ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, technical requirements and UAT test plans.
- Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.
- Strong consultative and advisory skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Ability to acknowledge marketing and strategic needs to assess and recommend technical requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Web-services experience with SOAP and RESTful APIs desired
- Experience with software implementation from requirement through design, development, and user acceptance
- Ability to scope and price projects and solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technology-related field or relevant experience in implementing software.

**Additional skills**:

- +3 years of experience in IT and/or digital marketing
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Digital native / interest in technology
- Familiarity with internet marketing terminology and latest trends
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Good knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
- Excellent listening and written communications skills
- Knowledge of CRM
- Experience in a (web/marketing) agency
- Experience with reporting tools (Google Analytics, Omniture)
- Knowledge of behavioral targeting
- Knowledge of User Experience
- Knowledge of database queries
- HTML / PHP / CSS / JSscript knowledge
