Forvis Mazars is op zoek naar een Senior Personal Income Tax Consultant om ons team private planning in Gent te versterken.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Als Senior Personal Income Tax Consultant zal jij:
- Particulieren adviseren met betrekking tot optimalisaties van hun personenbelasting;
- Particulieren informeren over verschillende belastingregimes o.a. inzake:
- De voordeligste manier om geld uit hun vennootschap te halen (bezoldiging, dividend, mogelijkheid tot onbelaste kapitaalvermindering,..);
- Kaaimantaks;
- De belasting van (buitenlandse) onroerende inkomsten;
- De fiscale behandeling van roerende inkomsten op Belgische en buitenlandse rekeningen (inclusief taks op effectenrekeningen en taks op beursverrichtingen);
- De belastbaarheid van andere diverse inkomsten;
- De belastbaarheid van specifieke buitenlandse inkomsten en structuren (SCI, STAK, SICAV, trust,..);
- De werking van een dubbelbelastingverdrag - de multilaterale overeenkomst - misbruikbepalingen;
- De te behandelen dossiers betreffen zowel Belgische casussen als grensoverschrijdende casussen (belastbaarheid bij / na verhuis, buitenlandse inkomstenbronnen,..) waardoor het advieswerk steeds interessant en uitdagend is.
- Helpen bij de voorbereiding en indiening van aangiften in de personenbelasting;
- Particulieren begeleiden bij administratieve procedures bij de Fiscale Overheidsdiensten;
- De nieuwe wetgeving en evoluties ter zake bestuderen. Je vat de essentie samen en brengt deze over aan de collega´s, aan klanten of in nieuwsbrieven;
- Werken binnen het team private planning. Je ondersteunt hun klanten met betrekking tot de vragen inzake personenbelasting. Hiernaast heeft het kantoor ook een global mobility team die alle vragen in verband met internationale tewerkstelling behandelt. Deze vragen zijn dus niet standaard ingegrepen in jouw takenpakket.
- Junior consultants begeleiden en reviews uitvoeren op het werk dat door hen wordt voorbereid.
Jouw profiel:
Jij hebt
- Een masterdiploma behaald in de rechten of in de economie met een specialisatie in fiscaal recht;
- Minstens 2-4 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie;
- Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden in minstens 2 talen: Nederlands, Engels en/of Frans (zowel geschreven als gesproken);

- Complexe problemen oplossen op een pragmatische manier en deze op een bevattelijke manier overbrengen aan de klant;
