**Job Description**:
Are you the ultimate Tax Specialist? If so, you're in luck, because we here at Vialto Partners are looking to add one more piece to the puzzle.
**Your part in our success and opportunities of growth**:
As part of a client team, you will advise corporate HR teams on the personal income tax consequences of employing people in an international context.
- Assist individual taxpayers and (both residents and non-residents) in structuring and managing their personal income tax situation (tax returns and salary calculations as well as tax litigation).
- Be the bridge between the individual, the company and the tax authorities
- You’ll experience how your advice to a client impacts the day-to-day practicalities and vice versa.
- Liaise with people of various cultures and nationalities inside and outside our newly established organization.
- You will become an expert in the personal income tax aspects of global mobility and gain knowledge on strategy around global mobility and much more.
**Qualifications**:
**About you**:
- You have a master's degree in Law, (Applied) Economics, Business Administration, Commerce or a bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Taxation.
- You are graduating this academic year or you have a first experience in a similar position
- Communicating in English will be no challenge to you and you are native in French or Dutch
- You bring your appetite for numbers and for contact with people from all over the globe.
- Accuracy, a critical mind-set and good writing skills are embedded in your DNA as well as a practical and hands-on attitude.
- You are able to balance and prioritize tasks effectively (even when deadlines approach)
- You have a drive and dynamism that contributes to the team spirit.
- You want to make a difference in a vibrant organization
