**Community Manager**
**TA FONCTION**
- Tu établis une stratégie « social media » en fonction du client, de ses activités et de ses objectifs (recrutement, notoriété, communication interne, génération de leads)
- Tu es capable de choisir les réseaux sociaux les plus pertinents
- Tu produis des contenus originaux et de qualité adaptés aux différents réseaux sociaux
- Tu sais relayer les productions de content marketing pour générer du trafic
- Tu réalises des reporting réguliers afin d’analyser l’impact des publications et adapter la stratégie de nos clients
- Tu suis et analyses les tendances du web et les nouveautés liées aux média sociaux (mises à jour, nouvelles fonctionnalités,)
- Tu gères pour le compte de nos clients, les publications sponsorisées, les budgets des annonces, la conception des publicités et tu supervises les campagnes
- Tu sais créer des visuels et des bannières
**TON PROFIL**
- Tu es passionné par le digital, les réseaux sociaux et le storytelling de marque
- La création de contenu n’a pas de secret pour toi
- Tu es à l’aise avec ton téléphone pour photographier et filmer
- Tu maîtrises les réseaux sociaux et les outils associés
- Tu es capable d’établir une stratégie pertinente et correspondant aux besoins des clients et ensuite, de produire des contenus textes et images adaptés aux différentes plateformes
- Tu as d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles ET surtout, ton orthographe est irréprochable
- Le contact client ne t’effraie pas
- Tu sais bosser seul ou en équipe dans le respect d’un planning
- Tu es organisé, créatif, ouvert d’esprit et tu as un bon sens de l’humour
- Tu es issu d’une formation type école de commerce (marketing, communication, relations publiques) et tu as une expérience social-media d’au moins 2 ans
- Un plus : tu as des connaissances de base des logiciels graphiques et en particulier de la suite Adobe (Acrobat pro, InDesign, Photoshop principalement)
Nous accorderons une attention particulière aux qualifications liées aux réseaux sociaux. N’hésite pas à faire valoir tes travaux, développements, connaissances d’outils spécifiques et certifications liés à cette compétence.
