We are partnered with a global organization specializing within immunology with partnerships with some of the biggest pharma's and biotech's. They are now looking for a strong individual to provide scientific oversight on their internal and external projects and lead the group.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and are in line with requirements
- Planning and coordinating lab work with other team leaders
- Undertake planning and supervision of laboratory staff
- Implement knowledge of technical skills including flow cytometry
- Identify and manage staff training needs
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in leading groups
- Strong familiarity of lab operations and biological analysis techniques
- Relevant degree: Post-doc and/or industry experience ideal
- Experience working in a regulated environment e.g., GCP, GLP
- Efficient in time management and organization
Pay: From €65,000.00 per year
