As a **Transformation Consultant**, you will help insurance companies achieve operational excellence through transformative strategies. Your role will involve reshaping their operating models, designing cutting-edge processes, and implementing effective business and technology architectures.
As a **Transformation Consultant**, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with teams to deliver transformation projects.
- Working with clients to convert strategic goals into practical operating models.
- Enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing and optimizing business processes, potentially through automation.
- Helping to translate business strategies into technological frameworks and developing actionable plans for change.
- Engaging with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, across different functional areas.
**Required Profile**:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector or in roles such as a business analyst or project manager.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Professional and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating both creativity and diligence.
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a liking for variety in work tasks.
- Strong skills in consulting, planning, scoping, and analysis.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, driven, and customer-focused.
- A genuine passion for the insurance sector.

Pay: €3.500,00 - €8.000,00 per month
