Het departement Transformation is op zoek naar een Business Consultant.

AXA verzekeringen België evolueert in een omgeving die steeds in beweging is en waar het landschap en de industriële standaarden constant veranderen. Het departement Transformation Factory bestaat uit 30 personen met een can - do attitude en met een ondernemingsgezinde gedachtegang die instaan als katalysator van deze veranderingen doorheen de hele organisatie

Als Business Consultant voert u analyses binnen uw expertisedomein om de uitwerking van projecten en initiatieven mogelijk te maken die bedoeld zijn om de kwaliteit van de service aan de Klant en aan de Brokers te verbeteren en de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie te behalen.
- Afhankelijk van de business noden van het project identificeren/preciseren van de scope van de vraag (behoeften), rekening houdend met de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie, om ervoor te zorgen dat de Management de prioriteiten kan definiëren.
- In samenwerking met de Program/Project Manager de kosten, de planning en de nodige middelen schatten om tot de volgende stap van het project te komen; meewerken aan de goede samenwerking tussen de teams die betrokken zijn bij het project, om een goed verloop van de projecten te garanderen.
- Actief deelnemen aan de verwezenlijking van de outputs van een project, gepaste oplossingen voorstellen en rapporteren over alle aspecten van het project zodat het kan voldoen aan alle organisatorische eisen, en aan de gestelde methodologische en -kwaliteitsnormen (= on time, on budget, on scope, on quality.
- Binnen zijn vakgebied studies uitvoeren om aan de vraag van Business tegemoet te komen.
- Voortdurend de ontwikkeling en de verbetering van de kwaliteit van de processen en van de gebruikte werkinstrumenten bevorderen teneinde de interne en externe Klant een optimal, easy en quick dienstverlening te verstrekken.

**Jouw Profiel**
- Je hebt ten minste 3 jaar relevante ervaring op het vlak van projectbeheer
- Kennis van projectmanagementmethodologieën is een pluspunt
- Je bent een een goede analytische en kritische denker.
- Je spreekt vlot in een van de 2 landstalen (Frans/Nederlands) en hebt een goede kennis van de tweede taal en van het Engels; tweetaligheid is een pluspunt
