Our mission is to deliver on the promise of precision medicine through targeted radiation. **At our core, we exist to create products that seek to improve the quality of life for people living with cancer and rare diseases. **You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

Telix is seeking an experienced Operations Integration Lead to oversee and manage a portfolio of projects for our brand-new radiopharmaceutical production facilities. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and delivering value to stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of successful project portfolio management in a GMP manufacturing environment.

**What you'll do**
- Project Feasibility Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of proposed projects within the production site to determine feasibility. Evaluate potential risks, resource requirements, and timelines associated with each project. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for comprehensive feasibility analysis.
- Portfolio Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio management plan, including project selection criteria, prioritization methodologies, and resource allocation strategies.
- Project Oversight: Monitoring the progress of individual projects within the portfolio, identifying potential risks or issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and minimize conflicts or bottlenecks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and expectations.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the performance of the project portfolio, track progress, and make data-driven decisions.
- Portfolio Governance: Implement governance processes and frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

**About you**
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on assessing projects within GMP-regulated environments.
- Good knowledge of GMP regulations and standards, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance in project execution.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach to driving
