**Jouw uitdaging**:

- Mediafin, de uitgever van onder andere De Tijd en L’Echo, zoekt voor zijn afdeling
- **lezersmarkt** een Digital Growth Marketeer die actief zijn/haar steentje zal bijdragen aan de groei van het
- **abonnementenbestand** van onze producten.
Je wordt de motor van onze abonnementewerving. Je volgt prospecten in de verschillende fases van de sales funnel en dankzij je
**commercieel
- en marketinginstinct** weet je de juiste initiatieven te nemen om de
**groei en conversie** van de funnel te verhogen.
**De klant staat steeds centraal** in je acties.
-Je zet je
**analytische vaardigheden **in om de impact van je acties te evalueren en bij te sturen.
-Je beheert meerdere projecten gelijktijdig en zet je
**projectmanagement skills** om het goede verloop van je projecten te garanderen.
-Om je doelstellingen te realiseren
**werk je nauw samen** met je collega’s binnen marketing, productmanagement en IT. Je kan beroep doen op moderne marketinginfrastructuur om je customer journeys in te richten.
-Je rapporteert aan de Sales Manager B2C

**Jouw profiel**:
Je hebt minstens 4 à 5 jaar ervaring in
**digital sales funnel management.**Je kent het reilen en zeilen van
**abonnementenwerving.**Je bent vertrouwd met
**growth hacking**,
**121**
**marketing**,
**CRM** en hebt ervaring met het
**leiden van projecten.**Je bent
**analytisch, creatief**, en sterk
**klantgericht**. Je hebt
**oog voor detail**.
-Je werkt
**autonoom en flexibel** met een pragmatische
**‘can-do’** mentaliteit en je hebt
**oog voor nieuwe opportuniteiten**.
-Door je gedrevenheid, communicatie
- en contactvaardigheid kun je mensen motiveren voor jouw projecten, en als
**teamplayer** ben je een aangename persoon die in een dynamisch team kan werken.
-Je spreekt vlot Frans of Nederlands, met een goede kennis van de andere landstaal. Je bent vertrouwd met moderne marketingtoepassingen en uiteraard met de Microsoft Office-toepassingen.
