Inside Plant Coordination is responsible for coordinating installation and maintenance activities of network and IT equipment, in our head-end stations, switching offices, data centers, and B2B fiber customers. We also plan, design, and manage the internal data infrastructure at these locations. We are looking for a business analyst to join our team
**Your tasks as our Business Analyst**
- Analyze existing internal processes from a technical point of view. You also look into the way our team works together with our partners Ericsson, Wyre, Unit-T. As analyst you will define solutions that aim for continuous process improvement in collaboration with the process management team.
- You are the link between our operational environment and the agile way of working of the company. You participate in agile meetings and represent the view of Inside Plant and translate business needs into agile sprints.
- You set up a monthly report for build, incident and change activities. You will also monitor the team’s key performance indicators and budget.
- You provide administrative support for installations and maintenance of all technical sites, and at our B2B customer locations.
- You create change requests initiated by Inside plant and coordinate with OCM. If needed, you participate in CAB meetings.
- You are the teams SPOC for Access management: you manage access procedures and contacts, act as the company’s authorized access requester, initiate requests and follow up with third parties.
- You create purchase requisitions and follow up on invoicing of the contractors, so that the expansions and modifications can be carried out on schedule, within the project budget.
- You support in procurement related issues and are in contact with account management of third parties such as vendors or external datacenters.
- You can assist with capacity management, ordering and managing cross-connects in Telenet and external datacenters.
- You can act as a backup for operational dispatch.
- You guard data quality and maintain technical documentation. You perform regular site visits to check inventory and verify designs.

**Our Business Analyst has**:
- Bachelor's degree with min. 5 years of experience in telecom
- Strong social skills and necessary creativity are indispensable
- Strong analytical skills, with a problem-solving approach
- Ability to describe/formulate a complex matter to a wide audience
- Competence to function well even under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- A strong sense of responsibility
- Good understanding of Telecom networks and ITIL processes
- Experience in supervision and working in teams
- Driver’s license (B)
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English Flexibility/willingness to perform some work (20%) on-site
