**Qui sommes-nous?**
L’Union nationale des Mutualités Libérales est l’organe de coordination des mutualités ML. Nous apportons un soutien au fonctionnement des mutualités. Nous avons à cet effet rassemblé plusieurs spécialisations sous un même toit : experts médicaux et juridiques, mais aussi des spécialistes en matière d’indemnités, d’avantages complémentaires, de communication, etc. Nous sommes en concertation permanente avec l’INAMI et les autres mutualités.
Nous cherchons actuellement un Business Analyste afin de renforcer notre service de Gestion membres.
**Les missions que vous accomplirez en tant que Business Analyst**
- Vous développez une expertise dans le domaine de l'assurabilité. En collaboration avec vos collègues, vous suivez la législation sociale relative à l'inscription des membres dans une mutualité et déterminant le droit de ces membres aux prestations de l'assurance maladie obligatoire et de l'assurance complémentaire.
- Vous interprétez correctement les circulaires de l'INAMI et en démêlez les implications pratiques pour les membres des mutualités LM. Vous rédigez des instructions pour leurs gestionnaires de dossiers.
- Vous cherchez des solutions pour les dossiers problématiques. L'objectif central est de soutenir au maximum les membres dans leurs droits.
- Vous contribuez à l'organisation de plateformes internes et de groupes de travail en vue de l'organisation de l'assurabilité.
- Vous prenez en charge une partie de l'aspect technique (Excel, FTP, Datawarehouse,...).
- Vous jouez un rôle actif dans les projets du service pour rendre notre fonctionnement plus efficace et optimal.
**Votre profil**
- Vous possédez au minimum un diplôme de niveau bachelier et avez déjà une première expérience professionnelle.
- Vous êtes curieux et avez un esprit analytique. Une expérience dans le secteur des mutualités ou des assurances est un atout supplémentaire.
- Vous êtes débrouillard avec une attitude proactive.
- Vous aimez vulgariser des sujets complexes dans un style d'écriture fluide pour les gestionnaires de dossiers de nos mutualités.
- Vous avez une connaissance active du néerlandais et du français.
