- Je coördineert de IDEA-opdrachten rond strategie en organisatie voor publieke organisaties, inclusief de raamcontracten, op basis van ervaring in deze domeinen en referenties binnen belangrijke overheids-organisaties
- Je weet de inzichten en ervaringen uit begeleidingstrajecten op te schalen in nieuwe kaders, handige tools en modellen waar publieke organisaties mee aan de slag kunnen
- Je bent een ondernemer die nieuwe behoeften detecteert en erop inspeelt
- Je wordt een vertrouwd IDEA-gezicht op vlak van strategie en organisatie, bouwt mee aan onze reputatie en ons netwerk met partners en klanten
- Je bent vlot in communicatie (mondeling/schriftelijk)
- Je hebt ervaring met projectleiding en het functioneren in teamverband
