Voor ons kantoor in Brussel zoeken we een

**Senior Consultant Intellectuele Eigendom (I.E.) met focus op merkenrecht (Brussel M/V)**

Om ons team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Consultant die verantwoordelijk is voor een eigen praktijk. Het is jouw uitdaging om deze praktijk te onderhouden en uit te bouwen. Het Belgische team bestaat uit 15 collega’s en de sfeer kan omschreven worden als ambitieus, toegankelijk en niet-hiërarchisch. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Managing Director.

Je hebt minstens zeven jaar ervaring als jurist in ondermeer I.E. en je bent toe aan een volgende stap in je carrière. Je weet hoe belangrijk het is voor een bedrijf om een sterke merkenstrategie uit te bouwen. Je reageert daarom snel en volledig op de vragen van cliënten en neemt vooral ook de tijd om hen grondig te adviseren en bij te staan. Als geen ander begrijp jij het belang van een goede klantrelatie en van netwerken tijdens events van ondernemingsverenigingen.

**Dit zijn je belangrijkste uitdagingen**:

- Kennis: to-the-point advies aan onze cliënten en het verder ontwikkelen van diensten en kennis
- Klanttevredenheid: een goed inzicht in de huidige en toekomstige behoeften van de klant op het gebied van I.E.
- High Performance Culture: bijdragen aan de goede prestaties en de kennis van het hele team
- Financieel: verhoging van de omzet van de toegewezen klantenportefeuille
- Commercieel: deelname in de uitbouw van het kantoor

**Je bent verantwoordelijk voor**:

- Onze cliënten adviseren over I.E. strategie en het beheer van hun I.E. portefeuille
- Het bijstaan van onze cliënten in alle juridische vraagstukken op het gebied van Intellectuele Eigendom zoals merkonderzoeken uitvoeren en de territoriale en inhoudelijke reikwijdte van de merkbescherming uitstippelen, geschillendossiers en opposities behandelen en bezwaar
- en verweerschriften opstellen
- De wensen en behoeften van de cliënten herkennen en deze vertalen naar concrete, pragmatische en bedrijfsgerichte adviezen
- Het ontwikkelen van de klantrelatie door middel van up
- en cross-selling activiteiten
- Novagraaf vertegenwoordigen tijdens I.E.conferenties, webinars, publicaties verzorgen en presentaties geven aan cliënten, professionals en brancheorganisaties
- Ontwikkelen van en deelname in strategische projecten (bijvoorbeeld rond Business Development, organisatie, automatisatie, kennisbeleid,.)"

**Wat breng je mee?**
- Je bent jurist met een specialisatie in I.E. of een gelijkwaardige werkervaring
- Je hebt al zeven jaar of langer gewerkt in een I.E. advieskantoor of in de advocatuur in ondermeer I.E./merkenrecht
- Je bent proactief, commercieel vaardig, flexibel en weet prioriteiten te stellen
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse en liefst ook Franse taal, in woord en geschrift
- Je werkt graag in teamverband
