**Senior Business Support Specialist**

**About the role**
- You are responsible for directing local improvement projects. You take into account the budget, timing and predefined goals;
- You manage changing priorities where necessary and reschedule deadlines in consultation with the rest of the management;
- You are responsible for the roll-out and active promotion of the Lean principles and 6S policy within the Business Unit;
- You identify and follow up improvement opportunities within the framework of the existing processes. You implement these improvement projects from A-Z within the organisation;
- You act as backup or support for the other departments within Business Support.

**Are you the perfect fit?**
- You already have several years of experience in a similar role
- You have a bachelor or masters degree
- You have extensive experience in implementing optimisations or process improvements within a warehouse environment
- You are structured and analytical.
- You can communicate fluent in Dutch and English.
