Supply Chain Assistant

As a Supply Chain Assistant, you plan orders received from our customers, efficiently and accurately in accordance with agreed customer and business requirements.You will directly interact with Customers, Logistic suppliers, Sales Managers and other key functional teams e.g. Product Planning, Logistics, Site Loading Teams, Technical, Finance & Credit Control Teams. You will be handling orders in an accurate and timely manner ensuring that needs are fully met;
- You ensure that all movements from the Production or Storage Sites are made with correct documentation and declarations, particularly for hazardous goods;
- You liaise with Freight Forwarding Company and Tank Operators to ensure effective and efficient despatch and freight forwarding on an operational basis;
- You ensure KPI data such as customer complaints, non-conformances;
- You provide input and advice on related processes in projects and meetings as required;
- You update and simplify operational procedures and processes;
- You help where required to other members of the team.
**Wat wij van jou vragen**:
- You have a bachelor degree in Business Administration / Logistics Management / Marketing/ Sales,or equivalent job experience;
- You master efficient and good communication as this is important to ensure the required internal & external service;
- IT literacy is a key requirement
- You have knowledge of Export processes;
- Knowledge of SAP is big plus
- Language requirement is fluency in English (written and spoken)
