Your Mission
As a Group Supply Chain Manager, you coordinate the Supply Chain scope within a matrix organization.
You report directly to the Head of Supply Chain and are the direct manager of the Group Supply Chain Coordinators. All local Supply Chain Managers functionally report to you.
Your Responsibilities
- You define the strategy and department organization to meet the company’s objectives.
- You ensure the organization’s alignment in budget and performance (KPIs).
- You coordinate the efforts for the quotation process.
- You define methods and support best practice sharing and lessons learned.
- You are the process owner for suppliers' contractual relationships and group procedures.
- You continuously look for opportunities for improvement.
- You ensure that the activities are done according to customer, internal and external requirements.
- You ensure the basics of Supply Chain are covered and respected by the plants.
- You proactively address market and environmental evolutions.
- You lead, empower, and support your direct and functional reports.
Your Profile
- You have a Master's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or similar through education or experience.
- You have experience of 2 years in a management role and 5 years in a Logistics environment.
- English is a must, French, German, or Spanish are a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Experience in automotive is a plus.
- Readiness to travel up to 35% of the time.
