Loxam BeLux telt 180 medewerkers en de 3 divisies groeien snel:
- **Loxam Rental**: verantwoordelijk voor de verhuur van professioneel bouwmaterieel
- **Loxam Module**: verhuurt modulaire constructies voor diverse toepassingen
- ** Loxam Access**: gespecialiseerd in de verhuur van hoogwerkers.
**Functie**:
**Wat doet een Rental Agent bij Loxam ?**
- Zijn behoeften analyseren op technisch en commercieel gebied,
- Adviseren bij de keuze van de machines,
- Offertes opstellen in overeenstemming met de commerciële strategie,
- Het opstellen van huurovereenkomsten van A tot Z en bijbehorende bijlagen, volgens de procedures,
- Administratieve opvolging van de retourzendingen,
- Het bijwerken van classificaties, regionale overeenkomsten en "slechte betalers",
- Nieuwe potentiële klanten contacteren via telefonische prospectie,
- Nauw contact onderhouden met de Technical Account Manager om snel te kunnen reageren op opportuniteiten.

**Of je nu recent bent afgestudeerd als bachelor in het commerciële of technische domein, of dat je al enkele jaren ervaring hebt in een technisch-commerciële functie...**

- Ik houd niet van eentonig werk. Ik heb variatie in mijn taken nodig om meerdere van mijn vaardigheden te kunnen benutten.
- Ik houd van contact met klanten (of met collega's, transporteurs, leveranciers, externe controleurs, trainers,...)
- Ik voel me goed als ik een klant van dienst heb kunnen zijn en hij me bedankt met een glimlach.
- Ik ben trots wanneer mijn professionaliteit opvalt wanneer ik met mijn klanten omga en in de manier waarop ik zorgvuldig mijn dossiers opvolg.
- Ik houd van uitdagingen en vooral van het winnen ervan. Mijn commerciële en resultaatgerichte geest stelt me in staat om mijn commerciële doelstellingen te bereiken.
- Ik voel me verantwoordelijk voor mijn dossiers en help graag mijn team om al onze klanten op de best mogelijke manier te bedienen
- Ik ben goed georganiseerd in mijn werk, ik beheers digitale tools en middelen effectief.
- Communicatie is voor mij de sleutel tot een goede samenwerking en resultaat. Empathie, proactiviteit, doeltreffendheid en collegialiteit staan centraal
- Het begrijpen van de commerciële strategie en actief bijdragen aan de goede uitvoering ervan zijn noodzakelijk voor mijn betrokkenheid bij mijn werk.
