**Omschrijving**:
In deze rol kom je in contact met **CSM/RSM Associates, Legal, Finance** en verschillende **ziekenhuizen**:
- Je bekleedt een **nationale functie** en werkt hiervoor ook nauw samen met de collega’s uit Nederland.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de CRA of CSM **contracten zo snel mogelijk up & running** zijn en dat alles hiervoor met de betrokken stakeholders is afgestemd.
- Je zorgt voor de vereiste regulatoire documenten voor de centrale en lokale sites.
- Je waakt over een volledige en verzorgde database die de juiste **wettelijke documenten** in de nieuwste versies ten allen tijde bevat.
- Je beheert **Contract management** en bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en volledige input van alle noodzakelijk documentatie in het systeem.
- Je voert je functie flexibel uit van thuisuit of vanop kantoor te Zaventem.
**Profiel**
- Je beschikt over een **Master** diploma richting bio ingenieur, biochemie of farmacie met ervaring in** Klinische Studies**.
- Je hebt **sterke onderhandeling skills**:
- Je hebt sterke **communicatie** skills, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je bent zelfstandig, doch heel collegiaal ingesteld en werkt dan ook vlot samen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Engels en daarnaast ook Nederlands en/of Frans.
