Ter versterking van ons team in Antwerpen zoeken wij een gedreven Operations & Implementation Customs Manager die het verschil wil maken in onze organisatie.
Als Operations & Implementation Customs Manager België heb je een cruciale rol binnen onze organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en verbeteren van de dagelijkse douane-activiteiten en leidt de implementatie van innovatieve systemen en processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe procedures vlekkeloos worden geïntegreerd en dat we blijven voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden van efficiëntie en naleving. Samenwerken is de sleutel: je werkt nauw samen met interne teams zoals IT, Compliance en Sales, en bouwt sterke relaties op met externe stakeholders, zoals douaneautoriteiten en logistieke partners.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
**Operationeel Management**:
- Efficiënt beheren en verbeteren van dagelijkse douane-activiteiten, inclusief inklaring, export en transit.
- Zorgen voor naleving van de douanewetgeving en onze interne compliance-richtlijnen.
- Motiveren en coachen van het team van douanespecialisten voor optimale prestaties.
- Actief oplossen van operationele knelpunten en zorgen voor een soepele goederenstroom.
**Implementatie en Projectmanagement**:
- Leidinggeven aan projecten voor de implementatie van nieuwe douanesystemen en -processen.
- Samenwerken met IT en externe partners om technologische oplossingen succesvol te implementeren.
- Personeel trainen in nieuwe procedures en systemen en zorgen voor een succesvolle adoptie.
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Optreden als hoofdcontactpersoon voor douaneautoriteiten en onderhouden van sterke samenwerkingsverbanden.
- Proactief samenwerken met interne afdelingen om klantbehoeften in kaart te brengen en passende oplossingen te bieden.
- Continu monitoren van klanttevredenheid en implementeren van verbeteringen om onze service te optimaliseren.
**Functie-eisen**
- Een afgeronde bachelor in logistiek, supply chain management of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de douane
- of logistieke sector.
- Grondige kennis van douanewetgeving en -procedures.
- Bewezen ervaring met projectmanagement en het implementeren van nieuwe systemen en processen.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte instelling.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
- Leiderschapservaring en bewezen vaardigheden in het aansturen en motiveren van teams.
