McCain Foods' Marketing department is built on three fundamental pillars: innovation, brand communication, and marketing department. Under this framework, the Retail Marketing department operates within the marketing department, with a primary focus on driving successful campaigns to elevate brand recognition and attract new customers. With the vital responsibility of developing and executing marketing strategies for the Retail Benelux market, our Retail Marketing Department plays a crucial role for Frozen as well as the Chilled Business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Convert and execute strategic planning into implementation and go-to-market plans for the Frozen and Chilled Business segment.
- Define activation plans (promotional, trade marketing, media), analyze results, and implement corrective actions.
- Efficiently manage and optimize the product portfolio, including specifications, new projects, and packaging changes.
- Analyze panel data from distributors and consumers to identify market trends and implement brand development actions such as promotions, pricing, media, and packaging optimization.
- Active involvement with the Growth Strategies and Innovation team in new product development projects, including sharing insights, evaluating Financial -and business cases, executing launch plans, and monitoring performance for necessary corrective actions.
- Participate in the communication strategy and drive social media plans.
- Collaborate with Category Managers, salesforce, and key account teams.
- Coordinate and maintain alignment between internal (Marketing, Sales, Category Management, Customer Engagement) and external agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Marketing/Product Management.
- Experience in product and packaging projects and social media campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action plans.
- Proactive, flexible, organized, and able to turn marketing plans into tactical activities.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.

- Flexibility to travel for internal and external meetings.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, good knowledge of French.
- Strong presentation skills and computer proficiency.
- Analytical, curious, responsible, and pragmatic.
