We have an opportunity for a temporary contract as
**Payroll / HR Admin officer **role as part of
**Westinghouse Electric Belgium entity**.

**Your Day to Day**: In collaboration with the team and under the supervision of a manager:

- In collaboration with the team and the Social Secretary, take charge of the payroll process, from the collection of variable elements to the production of social declarations as well as the administration relating to social management, from the entry of the employee to his departure
- Take part to the majors projects
- Be the interlocutor of the employees, advise them and support them in their daily problems;
- Relations with various social organizations (mutual insurance, social security, etc.)
- Administrative support for employees (payroll, holidays, etc.)

**Who You Are**:

- Bac+2 - bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Payroll
- Proven experience in payroll management - 10 years of experience
- Proactively anticipates the needs of clients, identifies and addresses potential issues, makes sound decisions to propose effective solutions and/or gives direction to resolve the issue to ensure a positive end result
- Operational on the SAP software
- Office Pack to confirmed level
- Fluent English and French
