**Ta mission**

En tant que spécialiste en marketing digital, tu es le lien entre la stratégie d'entreprise et son accomplissement en termes de campagnes impactantes et de visibilité.

Tu travailles en collaboration avec de chouettes collègues et plusieurs départements (Opérations, HR, Finance etc..). Tu rapportes au Head of Marketing.

- **Tes responsabilités**Mettre en place des stratégies digitales en fonction de tes audiences et en ligne avec la mission et les objectifs définis par la Head of Marketing
-S’assurer que ton plan réponde aux besoins transversaux des départements avec lesquels tu collabores de manière étroite
-Etablir une roadmap et des KPI’s pour atteindre tes objectifs
-Veiller à la bonne exécution de ton plan d’action, mesurer et ajuster en continu
-Proposer de nouvelles idées, de nouvelles perspectives et te réaliser dans une équipe et une société qui veillent à te faire grandir

Etre un acteur majeur de la transformation de XLG en matière d'acquisition client, de digitalisation et d'employer branding
- ** Ton profil**:

- ** Tu as**:

- Un diplôme en marketing
- Une première expérience dans le digital
- Une belle histoire à raconter ;-)
- ** Tu maitrises**:

- Les outils digitaux (CMS, Pack Office, Canva..) et sais prendre en main rapidement de nouveaux outils
- La traduction de stratégies d’entreprises ambitieuses en messages forts diffusés sur les bons canaux
- La rédaction de textes inspirants et impactants (en français et en anglais) et le storytelling
- La lecture et l’interprétation des chiffres pour mesurer tes campagnes et en tirer les conclusions pertinentes
- de bonnes capacités interpersonnelles pour travailler efficacement en équipe (dans une ambiance sympa )

- Tu es flexible dans tes déplacements. Tu travailles au départ de notre bureau d'Evere et tu es disposé à te déplacer dans nos bureaux régionaux (Bruxelles, Wallonie)
