_In de functie van Inside Sales Support ben je een echte steunpilaar voor het Salesteam en assisteer je in de opmaak van de op maat gemaakte offertes voor onze verschillende dienstaanbiedingen._
**Voor Atalian’s verschillende activiteiten (Cleaning, Food Services & Technical Maintenance), zal de Inside Sales Support de volgende verantwoordelijkheden en taken hebben**:
- Je registreert en volgt de aanbestedingen en andere prijsaanvragen op van potentiële klanten.
- Je maakt een eerste analyse van het lastenboek en deelt een samenvatting mee aan het salesteam.
- Je stelt het aanbod op als antwoord op de noden van de potentiële i.f.v. het lastenboek en de informatie van het salesteam. U beschikt hiervoor over de nodige templates en voorbeelden.
- Je maakt een presentatie op voor de verdediging van de offerte in samenwerking met het salesteam, dit in Powerpoint.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het up-to-date houden van onze database van officiële documenten, maar ook van de offertetemplates en dergelijke.
**Je kan jevinden in dit profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma of hebt gelijkaardige ervaring.
- Je bent vlot met taal en kan de dingen goed verwoorden.
- Je bent zeer goed tweetalig Nederlands / Frans zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, een goede kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van Microsoft Office (Word en PowerPoint).
- Je kan voldoening halen uit vlotte samenwerkingen met het salesteam en andere interne Atalian-afdelingen, want dat zijn de mensen met wie je samen een kern gaat vormen.
- Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig, stipt en opmerkzaam. Je hebt oog voor detail.
- Kennis van grafische programma’s is een plus.
- Je hebt interesse of affiniteit met facility services (in ons geval: Cleaning, Food Services & Technical Maintenance),.
- Je bent stressbestendig in intensieve periodes.
- Je bent communicatief en een echte teamplayer.
