Business Process Analysis for product development

Functional/Technical Analysis for product development

Manage Product backlog (Scrum framework)

Planning and prioritization of product backlog

Lead all scrums ceremonies (stand up/ retro/ grooming)

Interact with technical teams (EA/DBA/dev team)

Incident management

Reporting/alignment with project manager

Keep all parties on track and informed

**Profiel**

Technical
- Knowledge and experience of Scrum methodologies at scale
- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Knowledge and experience on using JIRA to manage projects and portfolio
- Experience of business processes analysis
- Experience on SW development phases: (Business Analysis, UX, Functional Analysis, development, QA & UAT, deployment, support

Soft Skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge & experience on working with multiple teams
- Proactive and collaborative attitude
