For many years, climate change has made it clear that we must engage into gradually phasing out fossil fuels. All organizations, especially those in Europe, need an urgent energy revolution given the current geopolitical climate. At TES, we believe that this is an unprecedented moment to tackle both energy security and climate neutrality. Our goal is to open the door to a new, scalable energy system, entirely built on existing technology, that will operate for decades and provide access to an abundant and cost-effective supply of clean energy.

Our novel process relies on current, tried-and-true technologies while importing substantial amounts of reasonably priced renewable energy. We will transform sun and wind into sustainable and cost-effective eNG (electric natural gas), combining green H2 and circular CO2 and using existing infrastructure to deliver green, secure energy.

We are creating the world’s largest green energy value chain.

To deliver on its ambitions TES is currently building a world class top management team. In parallel the organization is growing from 50+ employees today to several hundred by the end of next year.

**Role description**:
TES (Tree Energy Solutions) is a rapidly expanding company that relies heavily on information technology to support its ambitious growth plan. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be a crucial member of the IT team, working closely with TES business teams to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.

**Principal accountabilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities and assist in the development of business cases.
- Translate business needs into business requirements.
- Design and document business processes.
- Assist in the selection of fit-for-purpose IT solutions.
- Translate business requirements into system specifications.
- Contribute to the overall testing process of solutions.
- Develop and conduct solution training for business users.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or specialized degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
- Knowledge and/or experience of the energy market is a plus.
- Familiarity with best practices to data governance, including data management.
- Self-motivated and responsible.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Team player with an open-minded attitude.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently.
- Organized and efficient.
- Willingness to travel mostly in Europe.
