Ondersteunen van de Stad bij de realisatie van haar projecten van het concept tot aan de ondersteuning.
- i-CITY, dat _ongeveer 160 werknemers telt, is voortdurend op zoek naar nieuw talent.

**Functie**:
U versterkt de dienst Purchasing, die momenteel bestaat uit vier personen. Zij werken nauw samen met alle departementen van i-CITY.

Als Purchasing Officer krijgt u de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

- U zorgt voor de administratieve verwerking van de bestellingen bij leveranciers, vanaf de ontvangst van de aanvraag van de klant tot de opstelling van de bestelling bij de leverancier en de opvolging ervan.
- U voert de nieuwe artikelen, leveranciers en overheidsopdrachten in en houdt ze up-to-date in de verschillende applicaties.
- U stelt offertes en orderbevestigingen voor klanten op, u vraagt prijzen op en zoekt producten op.
- U vervult andere administratieve taken, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot: het verzenden & opvolgen van bestelbonnen, het beheer van interne en externe orderbevestigingen en klachten enz.
- U onderhoudt goede relaties met klanten en opdrachtnemers en verzekert tegelijk een correcte uitvoering van de opdrachten.
- U zorgt eventueel voor begeleiding bij het opstellen van contracten volgens de beschikbare modellen en de voorwaarden die door het team Procurement zijn overeengekomen.
- U volgt de handtekeningen strikt op volgens de interne regels.
- U werkt mee aan initiatieven om de inkoop
- en datamanagementprocessen te optimaliseren en te automatiseren door middel van de verschillende IT-tools.

**Profiel**:

- U hebt een bachelordiploma en mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring op het gebied van inkoop (administratief & operationeel).
- Ervaring in de publieke sector is een pluspunt.
- Outlook, Excel en Word hebben geen geheimen voor u.
- U hebt een uitgesproken en bewezen interesse voor de materies die i-CITY behandelt en die gaan over technologieën in een openbare context.
- U wil graag helpen, werkt graag samen en laat alles vlot verlopen.
- U werkt bijzonder zelfstandig, maar houdt ook van teamwerk.
- U past zich gemakkelijk aan een veranderende omgeving en het gebruik van IT-tools aan.
- U reageert snel en bent erg flexibel.
- U hebt zin voor organisatie en kunt gemakkelijk prioriteiten stellen, zelfs in stressvolle situaties.
- U bent nauwgezet en alert.
- U geeft blijk van een grote discretie in de verwerking van vertrouwelijke gegevens.
- U bent integer, sociaal, assertief, heel ruimdenkend, diplomatisch en kunt goed bemiddelend optreden.
