Our mission is to deliver on the promise of precision medicine through targeted radiation. **At our core, we exist to create products that seek to improve the quality of life for people living with cancer and rare diseases. **You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

As a Purchasing Lead, the employee is responsible for defining and implementing the company's purchasing strategy, lead sourcing projects, identify cost reduction and improvement opportunities while implementing efficient purchasing practices.

The Purchasing Lead manages and optimizes flows and stocks of raw materials according to internal Standards Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and templates following cGMP requirements to ensure the continuity of operations by avoiding any stock shortages.

**This is a part-time position.**

**About You**

**Education and Experience**:

- A minimum of Graduate degree purchasing/sourcing-oriented or equivalent experience.
- 10 years' experience in managing supply activities in GMP environment, ideally Pharmaceutic field,
- Extensive experience in working with an ERP system (SAP B1) and eQMS (Master Control),
- Good negotiation skills able to work in a stressful environment and having the capacity of working independently or as part of a cross-departmental regional and global teams,
- Experience in managing Events (Deviations), CAPA, Change Controls and Supplier Change Control.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).

**Key Accountabilities**
- Selection, Qualification and evaluation of vendors.
- Day to day management of Purchasing, Reception and Storage activities.
- Responsible for the accuracy of master data, levels of physical stock versus ERP avoiding stock shortage.
- Drive cycles and yearly inventory counts.
- Execute the preparation of starting materials, accessories, consumables from Master Batch Records and/or specific demands from manufacturing, Quality Control and/or R&D.
- Management of expired & rejected items through quality processes (Deviations, CAPA, stock out)
- Establishes and maintains Standard Operating procedures, work instructions and templates for the department.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators of the Purchasing Department to the management.
