As an **Expert Advisor**, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, and accountable for developing and driving your designated product category. With a finesse and passion for storytelling and excellent communication skills, you will inspire your colleagues to successfully sell across the brand. You will be the voice of your category at Client Services collaborating with all concerned departments to ensure you meet they yearly objectives set for your category.

You will be driving your categories (Objets Nomades, Hardsided and Fragrances) in terms of turnover and visibility, as well as supporting, motivating and coaching your colleagues in presenting these categories to their clients.

**Be an Exceptional Technical Expert & Role Model for the CSC team**

Demonstrate a genuine interest and expertise for Louis Vuitton product universe

Nurture a thorough knowledge of the competition

Provide expertise and comprehensive advice on your product category to your colleagues (whether style related or technical), supporting team members when they have Clients requiring more detailed information.

Be a strong style advisor to assess the Client’s profile and match with product recommendations

Participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of CSC

**Drive Commercial Performance and Show Ownership for the Category "Objets Nomades, Hardsided and Fragrances"**

Drive the performance of your product category, ensuring team objectives are achieved

Be the ambassador and role model for your category, demonstrating an active genuine passion and strong enthusiasm

Create and implement specific action plans to pro-actively drive the business and maximize the product category performance, leveraging clienteling, training & team animations

Boost Clienteling actions by a close follow-up of existing Clients, proactively foster the recruitment of new Clients,

Working together with Clienteling team; leverage all the clienteling tools to engage and build long term Client relationships

Be able to deal with the most demanding Client situations and coach teams on preparing their OTO with clients and how to close the sales

Demonstrate leadership in terms of clienteling: know and develop Clients for the category with a focus on local Clients

Act as a proactive force for the Team Manager in developing the business and be a key contributor for sales

Review the category performance and help build action plans for targeted outreaches relating to your category

**Support, inspire and coach teams to deliver the best**

Design and put in place a coaching strategy ensuring that all business opportunities are maximized, ensuring qualitative Return on investment

Be a partner and point of contact to the Digital Merchandising team ; provide them with feedback (product performance, quality, Client related information, local market, competitors, trends, missing opportunities )

Support and manage all new product launches

Be a partner to the training team to develop selling skills and product knowledge in Client Services

Ensure all new employees receive training on the product category and that they can rely on your expertise to answer any future questions

Use your product expertise to communicate and inspire the team on the company’s strategy& relevant business information relating to the product category

Observe teams during the selling ceremony and help them introducing the product category and spot high potential clients

Profil
- You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree with previous experience in luxury retail or merchandising
- You speak fluent English + another European language is a must
- With a finesse and passion for storytelling and excellent communication skills, you will be a sales leader in Ready-to-Wear, while also selling across the brand, leveraging your advanced sales skills to successfully drive the business and build team confidence in the category.
