**DE JOB**:
Je zal deel uitmaken van het team HR Wellbeing en speelt een actieve rol in het geven van Health & Safety opleidingen.
- Je geeft voornamelijk EHBO-opleidingen in het Nederlands en in het Frans.
- Daarnaast geef je ook opleidingen rugsparend werken, ergonomie, vertrouwenspersoon ;
- Je kan pedagogische en didactische keuzes maken;
- Je zorgt, samen met je collega’s, voor aantrekkelijk opleidingsmateriaal aangepast aan het professionele niveau van het doelpubliek;
- Je zorgt samen met je collega’s voor een systematische opvolging van leerinterventies door diagnostische, tussentijdse en eindevaluatie
- Je evalueert en certifieert de vaardigheden van de deelnemers
- Je stelt nieuwe leerinterventies voor op basis van de voortgang van de deelnemers en de verwachtingen van de klant

**JOUW PROFIEL**:
Je beschikt over: een bachelor (of gelijkwaardig). Een bewijs van pedagogische bekwaamheid of postgraduaat didactiek is een meerwaarde.

**Technische competenties**
- Je bent perfect tweetalig, Nederlands en Frans.
- Je hebt een solide praktische kennis van multimedia en nieuwe opleidingsmiddelen;
- Ervaring als opleider is een pluspunt: Ervaring met het geven van opleidingen voor verschillende types van volwassen doelpubliek zijn zeker interessant;
- Ervaring met e-learning - zowel ontwikkeling als gebruik - is een troef;
- Je kan werken met MS Office toepassingen.

Je werkplek bevindt zich vlakbij het station Brussel-Zuid.

**WELKE STAPPEN DOORLOOP JE?**:

- Je vult een persoonlijkheidsvragenlijst online in en wordt uitgenodigd om de niet-eliminerende geschiktheidstesten af te leggen.
- Hierna volgt een selectiegesprek waarin jouw vaardigheden, motivatie en ervaring bevraagd worden. Dit selectiegesprek zal worden voorafgegaan door een case-study. We zullen je vragen een kort lesmoment voor te bereiden.
