**What will you be doing?**
- Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members
- You’re the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping them set up a new subscription or providing support with any issues they might have
- You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized
- Drive upselling value by offering additional products desired by our members
- You will perform smaller bike repairs on site at the shop, so our members can happily keep biking

**Who are we looking for?**
- You are passionate about bikes and service;
- You are fluent in both English and the local language
- You have experience in working alone & being able to make decisions;
