**Swapfiets is immediately looking for part-time Store & Service Associates (Vacancy for 8-32 hours per week)**
Are you a student who is equally comfortable with navigating busy streets and striking up conversations with anyone and everyone? Are you a natural multitasker who enjoys getting your hands dirty and solving problems? Then we are looking for you
Join our fast-growing, sustainable scale-up as a Store & Service Associate and be the hero of the day by providing awesome customer service, fixing bikes in-store, and delivering smiles (and bikes) to our members. So, what are you waiting for? Jump in our Swapcar and let’s ride to success together
**Your daily Swapfiets ride involves**:
- Working in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members;
- Being the first point of contact for (potential) members, help them set up a new subscription or provide support with any issues they might have;
- Keeping the shop clean, tidy and organized;
- Driving upselling value by offering additional products desired by our members;
- Driving around the city by car or bike to help our members;
- Performing small bike repairs and preventive maintenance on our Swapfiets in the store and on-site;
- Swapping out bikes, if they can’t be repaired on the spot, and drive them to our Store/Warehouse.
**Your optimal gear for the ride**:
- Currently a student or eligible for a flexi-job;
- You're in possession of a driver's license (for a minimum period of 6 months);
- Affinity with retail, bikes and good service;
- Fluent in English & Dutch;
- Experience in working independently & being able to make decisions;
- Available for a minimum of 8 hours per week.
**How we fuel your ride**:
