Job description
**Mission**: As the Continuous Improvement Manager, your mission is to propel continuous operational enhancement, actively support the improvement process, and diligently oversee transformation plans.
**Responsibilities**:
Lead improvement and transformation projects outlined in the division's or entity's roadmap.
Collaborate with operational departments to define essential KPIs, automate their updating, and assist in creating insightful reports while addressing any deviations.
**Administer the initiative system for your sector**: encode initiatives, organize technical committees, ensure project completion, support budget requests, monitor the reward system, and effectively communicate successes.
Administer the improvement plan for the area, providing crucial support to the operational manager in its successful implementation.
Actively participate in weekly/monthly performance review meetings, offering support to operational staff in preparation and chairing these meetings.
Organize diagnoses, management reviews, and maturity analyses to continuously enhance the zone's performance.
**Profile**:
Industrial or Civil Engineer background.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
Proven experience in operational management and team leadership.
Proficient in LEAN methods and tools.
Experience in managing teams in a production area.
