**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **Job description**:
**Mission**:As the Continuous Improvement Manager, your mission is to propel continuous operational enhancement, actively support the improvement process, and diligently oversee transformation plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead improvement and transformation projects outlined in the division's or entity's roadmap.
- Collaborate with operational departments to define essential KPIs, automate their updating, and assist in creating insightful reports while addressing any deviations.
- Administer the initiative system for your sector: encode initiatives, organize technical committees, ensure project completion, support budget requests, monitor the reward system, and effectively communicate successes.
- Administer the improvement plan for the area, providing crucial support to the operational manager in its successful implementation.
- Actively participate in weekly/monthly performance review meetings, offering support to operational staff in preparation and chairing these meetings.
- Organize diagnoses, management reviews, and maturity analyses to continuously enhance the zone's performance.

**Profile**:

- Industrial or Civil Engineer background.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in operational management and team leadership.
- Proficient in LEAN methods and tools.
- Experience in managing teams in a production area.
