In your role of HSE Manager Admin & Prevention Advisor Psychosocial Aspects, you play a key role in the Luminus Group HSE Team, to help deliver its mission of developing and deploying best in class functional support to the business towards the realization of its HSE goals and ambitions.
Job Scope:
All HQ departments and regional HQ/administrative sites, incl. ad-hoc support to colleague prevention advisors of the North and South Production sites.

- ** Prevention Advisor Safety**
In this role, you will cover the broad spectrum of tasks and responsibilities pertaining to the legally mandated role of prevention advisor for health, safety and wellbeing matters, for all HQ departments, including the development and deployment of the wellbeing vision and policy of Luminus s.a.
- ** Prevention Advisor Psychosocial Aspects**
In this role, you develop and deploy a strategic action plan that adequately addresses all key psychosocial risks, across all Luminus s.a. entities, and you advise and assist managers and employees in regard to its practical implementation. Furthermore, in this role, you will act as a point of contact for employees and as a mediator in case of psychosocial risks and conflicts
- ** HSE Communication and Awareness**
In this role, you ensure regular and relevant HSE communication and awareness initiatives, in close cooperation with the Communication department. You contribute to Luminus’ CSR/ESG reporting
- ** HSE Training Coordination**
In this role, you are responsible for organizing and overseeing the HSE training courses, and you ensure the adequacy of the content and quality of the aforementioned training courses. In your role of HSE training coordinator, you will supervise, guide and coach two training program administrators
- ** Back-up to HSE Director**
Finally, you will act as the back-up to the HSE Director
**Which skills do you have?**
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written (English, French and Dutch), and interpersonal skills and ability to challenge constructively
- Proven ability to exert positive influence and to being a positive change agent
- Team player and ability to networking
- Self-driven and ability to work with a high level of autonomy
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Prevention advisor psychosocial aspects level 1 (or willingness to acquire in a reasonably short time frame, on the basis of an academic degree in organizational psychology, HR Management or similar)
- You have a former experience in an equivalent HSE management role
