**Role definition**:
Responsible for the creation, planning & implementation of all, events, marketing communications, and PR activities, both external & internal.

By the strategical direction of the HQ - to co-ordinate these efforts at a tactical level with other functions within the organization.

At this stage this refers to France & Benelux marketing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- (non-exhaustive list)_
- Coordinate the marketing area including communications (print, adverts), activities (exhibitions, roadshows, training events), PR, social media and content marketing.
- Work with HQ to adjust the collaterals to the market both by reviewing and localizing as appropriate.
- Maintenance of the company website and other online platforms (experience in web content management).
- Translation of marketing material.
- Manage the company's Partners Programs.
- Support the sales team as well as RISCO Group’s Distributors and other partners.
- Preparation and management of marketing budget.
- Analysis and understanding of France & Benelux markets, customers, and competition and initiation.
- Develop new areas of marketing for RISCO France & Benelux
- such as YouTube channel, video interviews, customer testimonials, how to sections etc
- Responsible for determining appropriate events and then event management (roadshows, tradeshows, solutions fairs, company-sponsored events)

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Educated to High school or University degree level in marketing or communication.
- Minimum competencies required: trilingual Dutch, French and English, with an understanding of marketing needs for international companies.

**POST QUALIFICATION SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- At least 3 years of experience in a Marketing
- Experience in creating press releases, marketing collaterals
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- High level of maturity and professionalism with customers and company management
- A self-starter, with a high ability to work independently on projects and programs.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork oriented
- Excellent collaboration with sales team
- Experience with WordPress - will be an advantage
- Experience with Salesforce - will be an advantage
- To undertake any other duties which may be reasonably expected and demanded by the Company.
