**Key Responsibilities**
- System Operations: Oversee and monitor infrastructure, servers, and systems, performing patch management and routine maintenance.
- Technical Support: Provide 2nd-level support and perform preliminary diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues in collaboration with central IT departments.
- System Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain server software and system components.
- Incident & Change Management: Handle incident management, change enablement, request fulfillment, and problem resolution.
- Backup Operations: Manage backups and restore operations for systems and infrastructure.
- Documentation: Participate in defining, documenting, and maintaining configuration settings, operational procedures, and technical knowledge bases.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security standards, ensuring adherence to Commission security rules under the supervision of the Local Information Security Officer (LISO).
- Collaboration: Coordinate with hosting services, database management teams, and participate in project meetings.
- Scripting & Automation: Utilize scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks and system configurations.
- Architectural Participation: Contribute to the architectural design and reviews of systems and infrastructure.
**Education**
- A bachelor's degree or three years of higher education in a relevant field.
**Language Skills**
- Proficiency in English (C1 level) and French (B2 level).
**Technical Expertise**
- At least 5 years of experience with:
- Managing operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux).
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint 2016/2019.
- SharePoint server management, including sites, web parts, content types, templates, permissions, and document libraries.
- Implementing secure solutions using firewalls, DMZs, WAF, and authentication protocols.
- Database technologies such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
- At least 3 years of experience scripting with PowerShell and automating SharePoint configurations.
- At least 2 years of experience with SharePoint Online technologies.
- At least 1 year of experience with Confluence and Jira tools.
**Certifications**
- Optional: ITIL Certification is an advantage.
