**Introductie**:
Voor onze klant, een gerenommeerde financiële dienstverlener uit Brussel, is HR Talents op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven HR-Manager.
**Jobomschrijving**:
Als HR Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de HR administratie voor 200 medewerkers en werk je in een team van 4 HR medewerkers. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor:
- verdere ontwikkeling en realisatie van het interne HR beleid;
- uitwerken van een cafetariaplan, beloningsbeleid, wagenparkbeheer:
- automatisatie van HR processen;
- coördinatie van de workflow;
- signalisatie, analyse en proactief onderzoek naar interne en externe ontwikkelingen op HR-gebied en omzetten van prioriteiten in de praktijk;
- implementatie van auditaanvragen;
- behalen van resultaten binnen een complexe omgeving.
**Profiel**:
- Je bent gedreven, deskundig en proactief;
- Je hebt een langetermijnvisie, bent veelzijdig en bouwt continu aan je interne en externe relaties;
- Het creëren van een draagvlak is een evidentie voor jou;
- Je bent analytisch en sterk organisatorisch;
- Je hebt ervaring met het werken met arbeidsdelegaties en ondernemingsraden;
- Je neemt graag initiatief, kent je sterke kanten en weet deze optimaal in te zetten;
- Je bent een geboren leider en maakt deel uit van het managementteam;
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma Bedrijfskunde/HR of vergelijkbaar;
- Je kan mínimaal 10 jaar ervaring voorleggen als HR Project Manager/HR Adviseur/Business Partner binnen een commerciële en professionele omgeving;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands, goede kennis Engels is meegenomen;
- Ervaring met E-Blox of een ander Payroll systeem is een plus;
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Managing Director.
