**2.** What should you expect?**:
Being an HR Business Development Manager is a 360° role; you work in a function that has three complementary areas:

- Firstly, your role is to **develop** Weevo hr’s business and establish new **client relationships**. To do this, you create your **own client portfolio**: you identify business opportunities and negotiate agreements to build qualitative relationships for long-term cooperation. You are motivated to find the **right assignments** for our consultants and become a trusted partner by ensuring the quality of our services.
- Secondly, you guide and coach your **team of HR consultants**. By planning moments of **active listening** and **feedback**, you ensure their personal development, and a close follow-up of their mission. You are available and act as a **coach**, inspiring and advising them on their **career choices**.
- Thirdly, you use your skills and creativity to support the **growth** and **development** of Weevo hr. Your **proactivity** and **motivation** inspire us to continuously improve our processes and implement innovations. In addition, you will be involved in our **recruitment process** in order to hire our future talents

**3.** Who are you?**:

- **Experience**: You have a first experience in the commercial or human resources sector. If you have a well-developed client network, this is a plus.
- **Language skill**s: You are fluent in French and have a knowledge of the second national language and English.
- **Business-oriented**: You are able to recognise and seize opportunities. You enjoy client contact and responding to their needs.
- **Cooperative**: You have excellent interpersonal skills. You like to work in a team and contribute to the achievement of a common goal. You share your knowledge drive the members of your team.
- **Communication skills**: You have good communication skills and are able to relate to people and express yourself in a confident and clear manner. You have excellent client contact skills.
- **Results and solution oriented**: You are result oriented and enjoy finding solutions. You are responsive and motivated to achieve/exceed goals. You are driven by solution oriented actions.
