For our Belgian Office we are currently looking for a:
**Medical Advisor Women's Health** (Remote).

**The position**

As an experienced Medical Affairs professional, the Medical Advisor Women's Health is responsible for the development and execution of the Medical Affairs Plans in Organon’s Women’s Health area. You will work with the company’s trusted brands and developing pipeline in Women’s Health and support the company’s objectives. You will manage the scientific and strategic interactions externally as well as internally with cross-functional teams within the respective therapeutic areas while driving different scientific initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Is recognized internally and externally as the privileged medical contact within the assigned therapeutic areas in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Supports the creation of Medical Affairs plans per therapeutic area in alignment with the global Medical Affairs plans and translates medical strategies into research, data analysis, scientific communication, educational initiatives, and other tactics and solutions that improve patient outcomes and enhance access in the country.
- Builds trust with the external scientific community via peer-to-peer scientific exchange of information with Scientific Leaders, research and educational collaborations, interactions with scientific societies and health organizations, publications, etc.
- Can integrate scientific knowledge with actionable insights to inform Organon strategies.
- Is informed about recent developments within the different therapeutic areas and can provide medical and scientific advice that can inform internal Organon strategies.
- Represents Organon at scientific meetings and congresses of relevance and in alignment with the strategic needs and has privileged network with scientific leaders.
- Supports data generation activities when requested by Organon leadership, by acting as primary liaisons to investigators interested in performing clinical research (investigator-initiated research and identification of investigators for phase II-IV studies, providing input into local study feasibility and sites selection
- Liaises with appropriate cross functional stakeholders to understand marketplace dynamics and implications for Organon scientific and medical strategy and field needs.
- Provides medical and scientific advice to business units, Market Access functions and others as required, including input into Health Economics.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between field force and medical team through providing scientific and medical support to the Commercial team
- Provides therapeutic/functional training to assigned teams and affiliate functions.
- Performs medical-scientific review of materials, either promotional or non-promotional, within the assigned therapeutic area.
- May be included in overseeing inspections and answering inquiries by Health Authorities and Ethical Committees in conjunction with Regulatory and PV.
- Acts with ethics and integrity; provides non-promotional, balanced, reliable, and scientific information.

**Required education, experience and skills**
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, strong personal integrity, demonstrated effective organizational skills, cross-functional teamwork abilities and able to contribute to scientific education and dialogue.
- Be able to prioritize actions according to the strategy, including quick wins and medium-long term activities.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with Key Scientific Leaders and national stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate knowledge of the therapeutic area, through scientific exchange in different environments (one on one, lectures, etc)
- Demonstrated analytical skills and a solid understanding of research methodologies. Able to identify data gaps that could be transformed into clinical evidence.
- Must possess a good understanding of the relevant therapeutic areas and of ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations relevant to the biopharmaceutical industry and its customers to ensure compliance with all external and internal guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Flexibility to travel to perform field medical activities (scientific exchange with KOL’s, congress participation etc.)
- Excellent French and English (oral and written) language
