KYOCERA Document Solutions Belgium, dat afhangt van KYOCERA Document Solutions Europe (zetel in Nederland) is het commerciële/marketing
- en dienstenfiliaal voor de Belux en verdeelt heel het gamma producten gaande van printers tot multifunctionele oplossingen (printen, kopiëren, scannen, faxen) en aanverwante softwareprogramma’s voor documentbeheer en audit.

Het filiaal, gesitueerd in Zaventem, stelt 45 personen te werk.

**DE FUNCTIE**

De Orders to Cash afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het Contractmanagement van de (Multifunctionele) Printers. De afdeling zorgt voor de volledige administratieve en logistieke afhandeling van de bestelling, levering tot facturatie) Daarnaast staat ze in voor de organisatie van tonervervangingen alsook de onderhoudsactiviteiten.

Binnen het team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de verbeteringsprojecten in de order to cash processen. In deze functie zal je aan de Sales Operations Manager rapporteren.

Je hoofdtaak omvat het identificeren, initiëren en leiden van verbeteringsprojecten in orders to cash processen. Dit doe je o.a. door onze processen d.m.v. data
- en procesanalyse te identificeren, KPI’s te monitoren, business requirements en verbeteringsmaatregelen op te stellen, projectteams aan te sturen en de projectvoortgang op te volgen.

In samenwerking met je collega’s coördineer je Reporting, IT en Supply Chain data en werk je ook met externe partners samen om de kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid te verhogen alsook onze processen te automatiseren.

**HET IDEALE PROFIEL**
- Je bent houder van een bachelor of masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde, economie, financiën of logistiek.
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring met verbetertechnieken, projectmanagement en procesoptimalisatie bij voorkeur in een orders to cash omgeving.
- Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met Lean Six Sigma of andere procesverbetermethodieken.
- Je kan goed overweg met Microsoft Office Pakket (Excel: Pivot tables, VLookup,, Word, Outlook en Sharepoint). Ervaring met SAP is een bijkomende troef.
- Je bent sterk in data-analyse (een eerste ervaring met data-analyse tools als PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview is een must) Alle drie of 1 van de 3?
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je bent verbaal sterk, hands-on en neemt initiatief.
- Je behoudt het helicopterview maar bent in staat tevens het end-to-end overzicht te bewaren.
