We currently have a staff of about 100 people with the objective to expand to 200 in the next 3 years to support our growth acceleration.

We are passionate about Energy, recognized as official training center, accredited by economy ministry (Electricity Gas lifting Asbestos), we are also an engineering office (Energy audit, Energy studies for new houses, Blower door), we are supporting real estate professionals with a wide range of digital and visual services (Website, Photos, drones, virtual tours,), and we are also an IT company...

**The Job**:

- You define and implement a successful sales strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- You are responsible for the acquisition, loyalty, and development of new customers (with a focus on real estate professionals)
- You follow and animate sales KPIs on a daily basis
- You analyze sales performance and execute accordingly short
- and medium-term action plans
- You put in place a new CRM tool and take the best out of it on order to generate a highly efficient way of working in the sales department
- You manage directly and develop strong relationships with some key customers.
- You build your team, starting with one key account manager and going to 4 by end of 2023
- You act as a strong people manager towards your team by coaching, developing, and motivating them, so they are willing to go the extra mile every day
- You work in close collaboration with Marketing and operational departments
- You gather and share constantly customer’s needs and feedback.

**What we are looking for**:

- You have 10 years of experience in sales/business development roles
- You are bilingual NL/FR
- You have a strong track record of overachieving objectives
- You have experience in leading sales team in a direct sales model.
- You are organized and work in a structured way
- You work hands-on and show entrepreneurship and ownership.
- You are data-driven
- You show a strong customer focus, and you are capable to develop strong relationships with key customers
- You have good networking capability
- You are agile and able to quickly adapt your plans in a fast-changing environment
- Experience / strong affinity with real estate industry is a must
- Experience in construction industry, in maintenance or in facility management is a plus.
